Let me say, before you continue reading, that this Glossary of Fetishes is for entertainment purposes only.  Some listings are included because I thought they were funny, such as Dendrophilia.  Others were added because of their factor, such as Formicophilia.  And still others were added because I am personally disgusted that there is enough of that particular practice to warrant a name for it, such as Autophagy.

* Ablutophilia: Sexual arousal from washing. Ie. Baths and showers.
* Acousticophilia: Sexual stimulation from sound.  This includes, but is not limited to songs, music, heavy breathing, foreign languages, verbal abuse, and sounds made during sex.
* Acrophilia: Arousal from heights or high altitudes.
* Agalmatophilia: Sexual attraction to statues.  This may refer to sexual fantasies about being rendered motionless as a statue, mannequin, or doll.  The act of becoming sexually aroused by looking at statues or mannequins.
* Agonophilia: Arousal from a partner who pretends to struggle and resist before being overpowered.
* Agoraphilia: Arousal from having sex in a public place.
* Altocalciphilia: Arousal from high heels.
* Amaurophilia: Preference for a blindfolded sexual partner.  Or sex in total darkness.
* Arachnephilia: Arousal from spiders.
* Asphyxiaphilia: A fetish where the personÃffÃ,¢eTMs orgasm is dependent on self strangulation or being strangled by their partner so a lack of oxygen is felt.
* Autoassassinophilia: Arousal from putting oneself in life-threatening situations.
* Automysophilia: A sexual response from being dirty of defiling oneself.
* Autonepiophilia: A fetish where sexual arousal is derived from impersonation a baby wearing diapers and being treated as such.
* Autogynephilia: Sexual arousal from cross-dressing.
* Autonecrophilia: A condition in which arousal and orgasm is dependant on pretending oneself as a corpse.
* Autophagy: Sexual pleasure derived from eating oneÃffÃ,¢eTMs own skin.

* Coprolalia: also termed "filthy babblingÃffÃ,¢eÃf¯Ã,¿Ã,½, is the need to use or hear filthy language to become sexually aroused or gratified
* Coprophilia: also termed "brown showers" is the need to smell or view feces or the act of defecation as a primary means of sexual arousal and gratification.
* Coprophagia: is eating feces
Cross-dressing: is simply wearing the clothes of the opposite sex.
* Cynophilia: Arousal from sex with dogs.

* Dippoidism: becoming sexually aroused by watching while another person is disciplined.

* Doraphilia: Arousal from the smell and feel of animal skin, fur, or leather

* Hyper sexuality: refers to an abnormally intense and compulsive sex drive with little or no sexual gratification despite numerous partners

* Plushophile: someone who loves plushies (stuffed animals).  This can be for any reason and ranges anywhere from those who love to collect them to those who like to cuddle, sleep with or who become sexually involved with their plushies.
* Psychrophilia: Sexual arousal from being cold or watching others freeze.
* Pubephilia: Arousal from pubic hair.

* Sallirophilia: becoming sexually aroused from ingestion of another's sweat or saliva.
* Scoptolagnia: getting sexually aroused by seeing the genitals of the opposite sex.
* Scoptophilia: obtaining sexual arousal and gratification by secretly observing others engaged sexual intercourse.
* Somnophilia: arousal by fondling or having sex with someone whom is sleeping.
* Sotophilia: sexual arousal by the sight of certain foods.
* Stimatophilia: obtaining sexual arousal and gratification by marking one's own body or inserting foreign objects into one's own body.

* Telephone Scatologia: also termed "obscene phone calling" is obtaining sexual arousal and gratification' by making obscene phone calls to an unknown listener.
* Texturephile: someone who loves how various textured materials feel against some parts of his or her body. Popular textures include fur, vinyl, and silk. Rubber, polar fleece, denim, etc
* Thilpsosis: sexual arousal through pinching someone else.
* Transvestophilia: Arousal and pleasure from wearing clothing, especially underwear, of the opposite sex.
* Traumatophilia: Sexual arousal obtained  from wounds or traumas.
* Trichophilia: Arousal from or fondness of hair.
* Tripsolagnophilia: Arousal from being massaged.
* Troilism: obtaining sexual arousal and gratification by sharing a sexual partner while watching or looking on.  A troilist becomes aroused and gratified by the "sharing"
